Where will my monogram be placed?
Monogram placement for each item is listed in the product description (and sometimes shown in the image).

Are monograms extra?
No, the monogram cost is included; the price is the same whether you add a monogram or not.

Where do I include my monogram preferences?
Once you add an item to your cart, a Customization Form will pop-up where you can enter your monogram specifics, pick your thread color, and more. Note that there is only one monogram “font” available at this time, as shown in the image on this page.

How do I enter my monogram letters?
Please make sure to enter the initials in the EXACT order that you would like them. Monograms are typically: First Name Initial, LAST Name Initial, Middle Name Initial. For example, Heather Sue Mitchell would be listed as HMS. We will not rearrange the letters.

What thread colors are available?

• White

• Navy

• Pink (Medium hue)

• Mint

What’s your return policy?
No returns or exchanges on any items, whether monogrammed or not. Thanks for understanding!

How can I tell what size I should order?
We’ve listed whether an item runs true-to-size, small, or large in the product descriptions for each item. In addition, most items include images of our models wearing them and our models’ stats. For reference, their images and sizing stats are below:
